1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalmiMind, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of CalmiMind after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Informational Use Only

CalmiMind provides informational guidance to help pet owners better understand their pet's signs and determine an appropriate next step.

CalmiMind does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, examination, treatment, or prescriptions.

The information provided should never replace the advice or judgment of a licensed veterinarian.

4. Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for all decisions regarding your pet's care.

CalmiMind provides guidance based only on the information entered by the user.

Checklist results may not identify every illness, emergency, or medical condition.

Always use your own judgment and consult a licensed veterinarian whenever appropriate.

5. Accounts, Membership & Billing

Creating an account allows you to access your saved pets, checklist history, and other available features.

CalmiMind Membership is $39.99 USD per year and includes up to 2 pets. Additional pets are $15 USD per pet per year. All charges renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

Each additional pet is charged in full on the day it is added and renews annually on that same date, which may differ from your membership renewal date.

Additional-pet access requires an active CalmiMind Membership. If your membership ends, additional-pet access stops and the unused paid portion of any additional pet extending beyond the membership end date will be refunded automatically.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Third-Party Services

CalmiMind may use third-party services, including:

• Stripe
• Google Maps
• Analytics services

These providers operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All CalmiMind content, including text, symptom checklists, recommendations, graphics, logos, branding, software, and design, is owned by CalmiMind or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We work to keep CalmiMind available and operating reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Services will always be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CalmiMind and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes decisions made based on checklist results or delays in seeking veterinary care.

9. Refund Policy

Because CalmiMind provides immediate access, membership and additional-pet charges are final and are not refunded for change of mind, accidental purchases, or partial use of the Services.

The one exception is automatic: if your membership ends while an additional pet is still paid for, the unused portion of that additional pet is refunded automatically.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or experienced a verified billing error, please contact support@calmimind.com so we can investigate.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to CalmiMind, our Services, or applicable laws.

When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
